Sound Therapy, biofield tuning and Reiki
Sound therapy uses vibration and frequencies to promote healing. Stress, trauma and even our environment can pull our frequency out of alignment. Like tuning a guitar we can tune our bodies to be a more coherent frequency, which allows our bodies to fully relax and heal.
Biofield tuning is a type of sound therapy that works in the electromagnetic field that surrounds the body. All physical, mental and emotional disorders can be perceived as dissonance in the biofield. Biofield tuning can locate, diminish and resolve the dissonance to alleviate the symptoms.
Reiki is an ancient healing technique that uses energy force to promote balance, relaxation and healing within the body.

Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone massage uses heated river rocks to ease your muscles into relaxation. The heat from the stones penetrates deep into the tissues to increase blood flow and reduce muscle tension and pain.

Saturday April 12, 2026 4:30-6 PM - 9 Spots available - At The Vitality Lounge Bothell, WA (Scheduling will be available at Vitality Lounge – For Life! after April 1, 2026.
This sound bath will include a brief meditation, singing bowls drum and some individual attention. Please reach out if you have any questions.
