Healing Services
Sound Therapy, biofield tuning and Reiki
Sound therapy uses vibration and frequencies to promote healing. Stress, trauma and even our environment can pull our frequency out of alignment. Like tuning a guitar we can tune our bodies to be a more coherent frequency, which allows our bodies to fully relax and heal.
Biofield tuning is a type of sound therapy that works in the electromagnetic field that surrounds the body. All physical, mental and emotional disorders can be perceived as dissonance in the biofield. Biofield tuning can locate, diminish and resolve the dissonance to alleviate the symptoms.
Reiki is an ancient healing technique that uses energy force to promote balance, relaxation and healing within the body.

Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone massage uses heated river rocks to ease your muscles into relaxation. The heat from the stones penetrates deep into the tissues to increase blood flow and reduce muscle tension and pain.

Cupping massage is an ancient healing modality that uses suction to ease muscle and tissue tension while increasing blood flow and promoting detoxification.

Stretching
Passive stretching allows you to fully relax and go deeper into a stretch safely and effectively. This may be combined with neuromuscular techniques for stubborn muscles holding onto tension. In some cases, full body stretching may accomplish more in a 1-hour session to effectively relax the body than a traditional massage.

1:1 COACHING
Personal training
Customized training including assessment of strengths and weaknesses, a tailored plan for stretching and strength training with a focus on home workouts, and general guidance for nutrition. Guidance for training at a gym also available.
Pricing:
Assessment (initial visit) - $200 for 90 - 120 minutes - includes full body assessment and plan, foundational training and general nutrition guidance. This assessment can set you up for 2-3 months if you choose to work on your own or will set us up to continue working together.
Follow-up training session - $80

This intimate sound bath will include a brief meditation, singing bowls, drum and some individual attention.
The space is cozy and relaxing with cushions, eye masks, blankets and everything you need to be comfortable. As an added benefit, the space offers scalar wave technology, which adds extra healing frequencies to the coherent sound frequencies. Water and restrooms available.

Stephanie has been a Massage Therapist for 15 years, a Personal Trainer for 9 years, and has become a Reiki Master and Biofield Tuning practitioner within the last few years. Her passion is all things health and wellness, and to support others on their journey.
